Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("Player") and Hades Bet ("the Operator") governing all use of the Hades Bet platform, including but not limited to account registration, gaming activity, financial transactions and promotional participation. By accessing the platform or creating an account, the Player confirms acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance thereof.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Conditions of Eligibility
Registration is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:
- The applicant is a natural person aged 18 years or older, or has reached the legal gambling age in the jurisdiction from which access is obtained, whichever is higher
- The applicant is resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and not subject to prohibition
- The applicant is capable of entering into a binding legal agreement
- The applicant does not already hold an active account with Hades Bet, whether in their own name or otherwise
2.2 Account Obligations
The Player is obligated to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of such information thereafter. Each individual is permitted one account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts – whether by the same individual, within the same household or from the same IP address – is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
2.3 Credential Security
The Player bears sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. All activity conducted through an authenticated session is attributed to the registered account holder. The Player must notify the Operator immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected compromise of account credentials.
2.4 Identity Verification
The Operator may, at any time and without prior notice, require the Player to submit documentation for identity verification purposes. Acceptable documentation includes a valid photographic identity document, proof of residential address and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to comply with a verification request within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction, suspension of withdrawals or account closure.
3. Financial Transactions
3.1 Deposits
Deposits are facilitated through the payment methods made available on the platform. All deposits are processed without charge by the Operator. The minimum deposit threshold is €20 for card and bank transfer methods; cryptocurrency minimums are published on the relevant deposit page. Deposits are credited to the Player's account upon confirmation of receipt.
3.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed using the same payment method as the original deposit, unless the Operator determines an alternative method to be necessary. Estimated processing times are as follows:

3.3 Dormant Accounts
An account that records no login, deposit, withdrawal or gaming activity for a continuous period as defined by the Operator may be classified as dormant. The Operator may apply a periodic administrative charge to dormant accounts, subject to prior notification to the registered email address.
4. Promotional Offers and Bonus Terms
4.1 Applicability
Promotional offers, including deposit bonuses, free spins and cashback awards, are subject to specific terms published with each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific terms shall prevail.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds and winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Contributions towards wagering requirements may vary by game category.
4.3 Prohibited Conduct
The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings derived from bonus funds and close the account of any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer repeatedly; the use of betting strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; collusion between Players for the purpose of exploiting promotional offers.
5. Gaming Provisions
5.1 Game Integrity
All games available on the platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are determined randomly and independently. Game rules are accessible within each game interface and should be reviewed by the Player prior to play.
5.2 Disruptions and Malfunctions
In the event of a disconnection, system failure or other technical disruption during an active game round, the game round is resolved on the server in accordance with its rules. The result is applied to the Player's account automatically. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome, the server transaction log shall be the sole and definitive record.
5.3 Winning Limits
The Operator may apply maximum winning limits to specific games, game categories or promotional offers. Any applicable limits are detailed in the relevant game or promotional terms.
6. Responsible Gambling Obligations
The Operator provides a suite of responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. The Operator reserves the right to intervene where patterns of play indicate potential harm, including by imposing limits or suspending account access.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Operator endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform but provides no warranty – express or implied – of uninterrupted, timely or error-free operation. The Operator shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from: technical failures affecting the platform or third-party services; interruptions to internet connectivity; events of force majeure; unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to safeguard credentials.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property embodied in the platform – including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, software, graphical elements and page design – is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors. No reproduction, distribution, modification or public display of any platform content is permitted without the prior written consent of the rights holder.
9. Account Termination
The Player may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by email. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be paid out in accordance with the withdrawal provisions of these Terms. Outstanding bonus funds are forfeited upon closure. The Operator reserves the right to close any account, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall, in the first instance, be referred to the Operator's internal complaints procedure. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the Player may refer the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body as specified by the licensing authority.
